The service

FOGVAULT is a free, unofficial companion for Dead by Daylight: a database of characters, perks, items and maps, Shrine of Secrets and patch tracking, and build creation and sharing. It is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by Behaviour Interactive. Game data comes from community sources and is provided with no guarantee of accuracy.

Accounts

You sign in with Google or Discord; no password is stored. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete it at any time (Settings → Data), which permanently erases your data.

User content

The builds, titles, descriptions, tags and usernames you publish remain yours. By publishing them you grant FOGVAULT a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host and display them as part of the service. Unlawful, hateful, harassing, obscene or misleading content, spam, impersonation and anything infringing third-party rights are prohibited.

Moderation

Any content can be flagged with the in-app "Report" function. The operator may remove content or suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, without notice where the severity warrants it.

Acceptable use

• Do not disrupt or overload the service (abusive scraping, aggressive automation, security circumvention).
• Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Do not use the service commercially without prior agreement.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind; it may change or be discontinued at any time. To the extent permitted by mandatory Swiss law, the operator's liability is excluded for indirect damage and otherwise limited to cases of gross negligence or intent.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law, subject to any mandatory provisions of your place of residence.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the current version is published on this page. Using the service after publication constitutes acceptance.
